Please be aware that there are many paranormal groups in Kentucky. Some of the Names do seem similar.
 If you need to contact one of the teams or make a reference to one, make sure you are using the correct team name. The investigation teams are all different in many ways.

Before the Investigations (Private Home or Business )
(Please if possible, the less people present, the better, especially in smaller locations.)

1) There is Never a Charge nor do you need to donate.

2) Our approach is to find out what may be going on in your home. Communication is the first step, to try and establish what you do have and what they want or what their situation may be. Then the next step would be to see what you think about how we'd like to handle the situation. (Every group usually has a different approach)

3) An investigation usually takes several hours. We can do more than one investigation if needed or requested. We generally like to get in at least two if possible.

4) An investigation is not a good place for children. Evidence collection becomes difficult and the children may be frightened (very doubtful). If children can be placed elsewhere, that is ideal for everyone. If not, a modified investigation can be done. Some groups might not prefer this, but these children do live there 24hrs a day and they may find some comfort in having the team there. Especially any children that are witnessing anything first hand.

5) Only extremely quiet pets can remain in the home. Such as reptiles, fish and so forth.

6) During the investigation the lights in your home need to be off (or as many as possible).  In order to use some of the equipment.

7) Evidence review takes times. For a standard investigation it can take up to 1 or 2 weeks to thoroughly analyze the data because of our other jobs. We are always available for questions during the analysis phase. Please don't hesitate to call if you need us to return or want to know what we may have found so far.

8) Private evidence/info will not be posted without your signed consent (sometimes verbal is enough, depending on the collected evidence).  If the evidence/case is willfully revealed to the public elsewhere by the client or friend of the client through webpages, book, youtube, documentary, etc., it is not considered to be of a private nature (personal details will still remain private).

Paranormal television shows, while entertaining, can make life difficult for the client and for those of us in the paranormal field. This was written by a guest of a popular show:

    i also voiced my disappointment for the way the show went,first of all it was going to be about my haunting and then the voices i recorded,which by the way they had my spirit on tape saying her name (___)  that i recorded,i wrote my comments on their episode page,right below the showing of my episode,i was asked by ___ if they could put something in their news journal,but i turned it down,iv'e had enough bashing done to me,i was called fraud,liar and a psycopath by someone on a paranormal site and it bothered me,but the team ____ and ____,took the whole page off,as they felt this person was trying to start trouble for me,so i will not bash anyone, its not my style,what i will say, yes they are very _____ and inexperianced and have a lot to learn,and ____ _____,though her heart is in the right place is to concerned about demons,i told them there  are no demons in my home!!  maybe an unhappy spirit now and then but thats all.on their behalf i have to say, i was treated very kind when they were filming. i was told ___ ____decided to turn things around and go for the ____ part, dont you think it strange one of their shows is called _____,i thank you for your concern and kind words,and it will not discourage my evp recording.  sincerely______

(Regular, real life investigators can run into problems with people claiming to be "so called experts" in the field based on their TV show knowledge. Beware of anyone claiming to be an expert in this field. There is no Paranormal Expert, beware before making a donation, paying for services or buying anything from someone making these claims.
